COVID-19 CORONAVIRUS UPDATE TO COMPLY WITH GOVERNMENT RULINGS
Whilst currently reopen on a reduced level further to government guidelines and for the safety of staff and customers whilst lockdown has eased, we cannot at present take walk in bookings however we can now resume taking online bookings for either Leisure or Corporate Business purposes.
We must also clarify that we do not provide accommodation for anyone already exhibiting symptoms of the virus looking to self-isolate as we cannot put others at risk but should you become symptomatic whilst at the hotel you should inform reception immediately and remain in your room whilst advice is taken for you from the relevant authorities. If it is requested you stay where you are for your isolation then the hotel staff will be happy to take care of any needs for you and will keep in touch by internal telephone and can accept any deliveries you may need for you.

From the 24th September customers must wear masks in public areas of the hotel such as reception, corridors, lift etc but not in your hotel room.
Also from 24th September whilst the hotel will continue to take name and contact details for guests checking in as is required by law for hotels at any time there will also a QR code on display around the building, this is for hotel guests staying in the hotel to download the NHS app and scan when staying at the building. This code should be scanned daily as it expires each night at midnight and also on re-entering the hotel if you have scanned at another establishment whilst out We would ask our customers to use the APP and Code as it is for your benefit and others and helps control the spread of the virus and to warn people if they have become at risk.
